I think the question is no question a recession will happen. Now we ask, "How long will it last." I think this could have been avoided by lenders not being allowed to make interest only and option mortgages.

Having shows like Flip This House probably didn't help matters. The second folks see some of these professionals turning 100k profits in 2-3 months they figure they can do it themselves. Since it's on TV, it must be as easy as they show, right?
